Through long-held floor-based postures and intentional rest, we create space to release physical tension, quiet the mind and reconnect with the body in a grounded and supportive way. Ceremonial cacao — traditionally used to support openness, connection and reflection — offers a gentle heart-opening accompaniment to the practice.
