Welcome to the first event in the Performance Meets Wellness Series, presented by Take Flight and The Breathing Physio, powered by ACA.

Join LSKD athlete and NZ Heptathlon Champion Briana Stephenson for an afternoon where movement meets connection. This event will focus on teaching basic sprint mechanics and run fundamentals — essential foundations for all sports and movement disciplines.

Whether you're an athlete, coach, weekend warrior, or you're just keen to move better, you'll gain practical tools to build speed, efficiency, and confidence.

Then we’ll run it back to the high school days with a fun 4x100m relay — bring a team or join one on the day!

Schedule:

🌿 12pm - Arrive at Mt Smart (come down to the track - please be prompt)
