NAWIC BOP are excited to announce this exciting site visit opportunity with LT McGuinness
Developer Willis Bond is proud to be partnering with Tauranga City Council to deliver 90 Devonport Road, the largest mass timber office building in New Zealand. This exciting project will set new standards for sustainability in development and construction in New Zealand, targeting a 100% reduction in embodied carbon and six-star Green Star and five-star NABERS ratings. Developed in partnership with Tauranga City Council, this cutting-edge 10,000sqm sustainable building is set to become the new home for all council administration staff, bringing everyone together under one roof for closer collaboration in a future-focused workplace.
