We are excited for LTEF's Handbag Bingo Fall 2024! Many of you purchased tickets for friends or co-workers. If you did not put their names on the tickets, please forward this to them so that they know all of the important event information. If you are NOT arriving together, please make sure that they have their tickets for easier check in. Doors open at 6. It's BYOB and bring your own food. We will provide dessert, tea, coffee and water. Don't forget that you can bring a few non-perishable items for LTPS food pantries and you will get more door prize tickets (and we have some wonderful door prizes this year!). Also, bring a gently used handbag for our Exchange a Bag game. See below for all of this and more!

Address: This year’s venue is West Trenton Volunteer Firehouse Ballroom located in Ewing Township. The Fire Company is 1/2 mile off of Exit 75 of I-295 at:

40 W. Upper Ferry Road

Ewing, NJ 08628

Parking: Please carpool because parking is limited. Once the parking lot is full, you will be directed to the neighborhood across from the venue where there is plenty of on street parking. Please be courteous of the neighborhood and do not block driveways.

Food & Drink: This event is BYOB and you are allowed to bring food. LTEF volunteers will provide dessert, coffee and tea! There will also be a Wine & Beer Pull for anyone who forgets to bring their beverage of choice.

Schedule: Doors open at 6 p.m. Bingo begins promptly at 7:00 pm. There will be tons of raffles, door prizes and fun from 6-7 pm.

4 Bingo Cards per Game (8 games)

Coffee, tea and dessert (provided by LTEF volunteers)

Door Prize Ticket

Free Games played throughout the evening

Opportunity to purchase additional books of eight games and bingo cards for two bonus game

Extra: Handbag Bingo 2024 will also feature a Tricky Tray Raffle ($20 for 26 tickets), 50/50 (2 tickets for $5; 5 for $10; 12 for $20), Silent Auction, APPLE Pull (guaranteed prize of $25 or more for $20); Wine & Beer Pull (guaranteed win), Wristlet Raffle ($2 for 1 ticket or $5 for 3 tickets), Exchange a Bag (Bring a handbag to exchange) (see #10) and more!

Payment: Cash, check, and credit cards will be accepted but we encourage people to bring cash for faster checkout!

Extra Door Prize Tickets: Bring non-perishable items that will be donated to LTPS food pantries. For each contribution, you will receive an additional door prize ticket for each item donated (up to 4 total)! Items most needed: Grains (rice, pasta, oatmeal), cereals, shelf-stable snacks, breakfast bars, baking mixes (muffin, pancake), macaroni and cheese, and sauces.

Exchange a Bag: Anyone who brings a gently used or new handbag will receive a raffle ticket. During the Exchange a Bag Game, when a participant’s number is called, that person will choose from the donated bags. The game continues until all participants have had the opportunity to choose a new bag. Don’t like any of the bags? Simply forgo your turn. Any leftover bags will be donated to Dress for Success & WomanSpace.
