• Do you accept companion cards?

  Yes! Please purchase the ticket for your client and send us an email with your name, order number and your client's name to: info@fantasticaevents.com

• Is there a bar at the event?

  Yes! The Harmonie German Club has the best selection of beers, plus the classic spirits that everybody loves. Non-alcoholic beverages are also available for purchase.

• Is there any food available in the event?

  Please note: The Harmonie German Club will be serving food throughout the event at the Restaurant. With a full German Food menu, we recommend booking in advance a table to eat before or after the show, as they get super busy.

• Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

  Yes, the venue has accessible entry and toilet facilities suitable for people with wheelchairs at the Restaurant. We also have seating available for people who need it during the show. If you need further questions regarding accessibility, please email us to info@fantasticaevents.com

• Is there numbered/reserved seating at the event?

  Lucha Fantastica is a General Admission event, therefore no numbered/reserved seats are allocated in any of our shows.

  We encourage everyone to stand up as we have a party atmosphere. However, there will be seating available if you need it. Our friendly staff will assist you to get one.

• Can I swap my tickets to another show?

  Yes, but keep in mind ticket swapping is subject to allocation availability on the desired show.

  • Swapping cities: If you purchased tickets for another city by mistake, send us an email with the order number to arrange a change of location

  • Family tickets to Adult tickets: Please purchase the correct tickets first* and send us an email to info@fantasticaevents.com including both order numbers and which tickets you want to cancel. We will process your request and issue a refund in 1-2 business days.

• Can my kids come to the adult show?

  The Family show is All Ages. We encourage you to bring ear protection for the little ones, as it gets loud once the Mexican Wrestling show starts.

  If you want to bring underage patrons to the Adult show, please note we only accept 18+ to the night session, we recommend you to purchase Family Show tickets in that case.

• I can no longer attend the show, will I be able to get a refund?

  Please note that we have a No Refunds Policy.  If you decide to resell your tickets, you can only do it through Humanitix. Please click this link for the step-by-step.
