🙏 Greetings brothers and sisters! Welcome to Awake Water Temple where this time we explore the world of lucid dreaming through an interactive workshop to enhance your sleeping and waking life through dream conscious practices.

Learn how to lucid dream and experience its integration with lucid living in my value packed workshop. Lucid dreaming is the ability to know that you're dreaming, while you're dreaming. With 10 years lucid dreaming and 4 years of coaching experience, my roadmap will jumpstart your ability to have consistent lucid dreams by incorporating proven techniques in the most effective structure. Anyone can learn this skill!

This workshop will also introduce you to the laws of manifestation, its practical application, and how lucidity can be a tool to accelerate the actualisation of your vision into waking reality. Lucid dreaming is an extension of mindfulness training. With the correct guidance, the philosophy of lucidity helps to view waking reality in a more playful, light-hearted manner, making it easier to move towards your goals and desired way of living and being!

Venue:

'Awake Water Temple' (Banksmeadow) is the home of Awake Water, organically energised spring water of pristine quality, sourced from an underground spring in the Southern Highlands. This business is run by Stan Kyselov, who has doubled up the Awake Water warehouse as a beautiful haven for healing, learning, conscious connection, joyful release and personal transformation. We welcome you to this safe space, a judgement free zone where everyone is accepted and encouraged to be your most authentic self. 

Timeline:

630 - Doors Open - Settle into the mystical space of the water temple, enjoy chilled music and connect with like minded humans.

700 - Cacao Ceremony - Ground and sit together with a delicious hot cup of cacao. This sacred medicine is courtesy of Immortal Cacao.

715 - Workshop - Launch into the fascinating realms of lucid dreaming and manifestation with Jamie

845 - Sound Journey - Relax the mind and body as Amrit and Stan take you on a dreamy sound journey featuring handpan, gong, didgeridoo, throat singing and shamanic drumming.

900 - End of event but you can choose to hang around and chat, mingle, jam and enjoy light refreshments. Bring and instrument if you wanna jam! 🎶
