Location: Tara Hall - Rear of Buddha House

Activation, through small movements, deep shamanic breathing and complete stillness.
Relaxation, sound bath vibration.  

Yidak (Didgeridoo), Gong, Hangdrum, Harp, Flutes, Singing Bowls and Shamanic Drum will be weaving frequencies.

Together we'll shift through various breathing techniques, igniting a greater harmony and connection with spirit.
Expanding the prana energy throughout the body, opening the heart and lungs, clearing the mind, we embody a higher vibration in time.

After we dive deep within the breath, we come to stillness on our backs in savasana.
With guidance we embark on a Yoga Nidra journey.

The body becomes still and asleep, yet the energy is aware and awake.
Visualising and connecting with inner dimensions, immersed in relaxation, we feel and be vibration.
Embodying a state of bliss, we shift inwards and explore the worlds within.

Grounded in stillness, guidance of voice dissipates and we shift into a sound bath.
Instrumental vibrations emanate, we embody the light and radiate.
Feeling the spirits that guide, we relax and enjoy the ride.
‍
To integrate and reactivate, we end with a collective mantra.

Please bring the following:

- yoga mat (we can provide if needed)

- fresh water

- comfortable, breathable, moveable clothing

- openness and love

Aim to arrive around 4:45pm
