Lucy Wise

Award-winning songwriter Lucy Wise creates music that gently opens a door you didn't realise was closed. Blending contemporary folk with pop-inflected melodies, intricate guitar work and poetic lyricism, her songs create space for reflection on longing, connection and the quiet complexities of everyday life.

Originally from South West Australia and now based in Central Victoria, Lucy has spent more than 15 years building a career defined by exceptional songwriting, musical craftsmanship and emotional honesty. Drawing inspiration from artists including Joni Mitchell and Madison Cunningham, her music sits beautifully between the intimacy of traditional folk and the melodic clarity of modern pop.

By the end of 2026, Lucy will have released five albums and two EPs, including her forthcoming album Salt. Her performance at The G.R.A.I.N. Store coincides with the release of the second single from the new album, Luminous, a vibrant folk-pop song that explores the universal desire for belonging and connection.
