Anna is an emerging artist from Meanjin/Brisbane. With a background in classical violin, Anna brings a versatile sound to her work. She loves writing about human connection and nature, painting colours in her harmonies to portray these themes. Anna is approaching her final year in the jazz voice program at the QLD Conservatorium of Music and is excited to be playing with her jazz folk band “Tuesday.”
Singing is a lifetime love. Ryn McKenzie lives and breathes the textures of her life on stage with covers and originals reflecting her country, folk, and jazz heart. Originally from Melbourne, she has travelled through regions in Australia and the world, collecting stories from all kinds of people, interested in connections to place, people, and the power in their creativity. Now based in Brisbane, she plays and sings with the city's best in quirky venues across town.
Anna and Ryn will perform solo before joining for the final set.
