GLOW: Connect to your body & breath through mindful movement in a pilates class, breathwork session & sound healing.
NOURISH: Learn how to utilise herbal medicine & nourish yourself with delicious, nutritious food.
EXPAND: Awaken your most authentic self through a manifestation, visualisation & journalling experience.

Why Lumina?
We're here to curate a sacred, nurturing space for young girls, aged 15-18. A place where they can confidently express, learn, and honour their true selves . Each of us once navigated the rollercoaster of adolescent friendships, often feeling the lack of depth in our connection. We aim to offer an expansive day retreat to ignite the authentic self of the emerging generation through wellness, movement, and mindset.
