Description

Welcome to the LUMIX 101 series, where you’ll discover how to make the most of your LUMIX gear in real-world shooting environments.

Spend a relaxed evening under the stars with Tony Khoa and Zakari Kha and fellow LUMIX users as we head out to capture the beauty of the night sky together.

Along the way, we’ll share tips on using features like Live View Composite, Image Stabilisation, Live View Boost, and High Resolution Mode to photograph the Milky Way, stars, and long exposure night scenes with ease.

Whether you’re completely new to astrophotography or simply keen for a fun night of shooting, this is a great chance to learn, connect, and enjoy photographing the night sky together.

Please note: This is an exclusive meetup for LUMIX users only. You’ll need to bring your own LUMIX camera to take part in the session.

LUMIX Creator Events – Creating New Excitement Together

At LUMIX, we believe in transcending the boundaries between stills and video. A single frame can move your heart. A fleeting moment can tell a powerful story. And the ability to capture and share these moments should be accessible to everyone, no matter the gear they use or how much experience they have.

Our goal is simple—to bring creators together. Every LUMIX event is designed to build community, to inspire, and to create an environment where anyone can express their creativity freely. We believe in turning vision into reality, and we’re here to support that journey, from your very first idea to the final shot.

We run three types of events to help make that happen.

LUMIX Meetups are small and intimate, often led by a talented creator who guides a relaxed photowalk. These gatherings are about connecting on a personal level, exchanging ideas, and capturing the world together, one frame at a time.

LUMIX Playground, our larger-scale experience where creativity truly comes alive. At these events, you’ll have access to the latest LUMIX gear to try out in dynamic setups, with styled talents, creative activations, and unique shooting environments. It’s also where you’ll meet a range of inspiring creators—each with their own specialty—who are there to share tips, stories, and techniques.

LUMIX Workshops in both photography and video, where you can dive deeper into your craft, learn something new, and grow alongside a supportive community of creators.

We’re committed to enriching the world through powerful imagery and cinematic storytelling. We see ourselves not just as a camera brand, but as a creative partner—walking alongside you as you explore, experiment, and express. With tools that feel intuitive and a community that uplifts, LUMIX is here to help you push boundaries and create something that truly moves people.

Come along. Be part of a community that believes in creativity without limits. And don’t forget to connect with us on Discord to stay in the loop about events, workshops, and new gear.
