Julia Trotti
Julia Trotti is an Australian portrait photographer and YouTube creator. With over 17 years of experience in the industry, she has photographed for some of Australia’s competitive fashion brands and worked with renowned names. Through her popular YouTube channel and online tutorials, Julia has inspired a global audience of photographers. Her videos cover a wide range of photography related topics such as behind the scenes of her on location photoshoots, she teaches the creative and technical aspects behind photography to her audience and creates in depth, real world camera and lens reviews. Her hands on approach to teach photography has made her a go to mentor for emerging photographers who want to improve their work.

Ken Duncan
Ken Duncan’s story is one of vision, courage, and an unwavering belief in following a calling. Despite international acclaim, Ken describes himself simply as “an average photographer with a great God.” For Ken, photography is about more than technique or composition: it is about light, meaning, and purpose. He developed a distinctive panoramic style that conveys the emotional and spiritual essence of a landscape. As Ken’s body of work grew, so did his influence. He became a pioneer of Limited Edition Fine Art Prints in Australia, elevating photography to a new level of craftsmanship and collectability. Ken has published more than sixty books and his commitment to quality and innovation set new standards in photographic publishing. Ken’s work has received countless national and international awards and in 2009 he was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for his services to photography, publishing, and the arts. Despite decades of achievement, Ken remains as passionate as ever about photography. His journey is not defined by past successes, but by a continuing desire to explore, create, and inspire others to see the world differently.

Remy Leonard

Johnny Hendrikus
I’m Johnny Hendrikus, and I’m calling myself a “content artist” because when you shoot, edit, film, photograph, graphic design, animate, write scripts, your job title starts becoming a paragraph. For the past 12 years, beginning with the GH4, I’ve worked across sport, tourism, travel and weddings, with rugby being a particular highlight: two seasons in Super Rugby and a season with the All Blacks. I also filmed and edited a documentary following New Zealand’s Under 85kg rugby team through Sri Lanka. Rugby, travel and filmmaking in one job. A suspiciously good arrangement. I did a bachelor with honors in design, and I’ve created content for tourism & sports teams right across the world. I'm a serial hobbyist, I'll try everything once, I'm handy on the guitar, love fishing, I have 2500 hours playing Rocket League, and am clinically diagnosed ADHD. The variety in my interests and my work is my biggest strength. Sport teaches you to anticipate things. Travel teaches you that your very detailed plan was quite optimistic. Weddings teach you to notice people. This is me!

Joey Chan
Born in Hong Kong and raised in Australia, Joey Chan is a Melbourne-based photographer, curator and founder of Our Stories on Film — a community celebrating female and non-binary photographers. Her photography focuses primarily on portraits and lifestyle, with an interest in people, everyday moments and the stories behind them. Taking an observational and considered approach, Joey's work explores human connection through thoughtful compositions, candid moments and a sense of atmosphere. Joey was a finalist in the 2022 National Photographic Portrait Prize and held her solo exhibition, Once Upon a Laneway, that same year. She has since curated and published three volumes of 'Our Stories on Film' photobook and hosted a group exhibition 'Melancholy' in 2024.

Simon Kither
Simon Kither is an Adelaide-based filmmaker and founder of KITHER Co, a video production company working with leading brands and artists across Australia and internationally. With a strong background in music and audio production, Simon combines his passion for sound, cinematography and visual storytelling to create engaging, cinematic content. As a LUMIX Australia presenter and experienced educator, he enjoys sharing industry insights, practical filmmaking techniques and creative approaches to help filmmakers take their work to the next level.

Josh Favaloro
Josh Favaloro is a Sydney-based director and producer with over 15 years of industry experience. He has worked across music videos, documentary, TVCs and branded content for some of Australia’s (and the world’s) biggest brands. He’s a true generalist who moves easily between directing, producing and shooting, and he’s been nominated for a number of awards, including an ARIA Award for Music Video of the Year. His work has taken him around the world, from shooting wildlife in Africa to music documentaries across America and music videos in every corner of Australia. In recent years he has turned his camera to social content, building an audience of around 200,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok. A proud LUMIX creator, Josh shoots on the S1II. For him, value is everything in video, and LUMIX delivers amazing results.

Christian Halaguena
Christian is a creator who loves turning ideas, observations and everyday moments into stories. He works across photography, film and digital content, but has never really been interested in being defined by one medium. For him, creating is more about curiosity, finding a point of view, and making something that feels genuinely his. Whether he’s behind a camera or developing an idea, Christian is always looking for new ways to see, make and tell stories.

Dan Podbierezki
Dan Podbierezki is an Australian videographer and director of photography. As production manager and DOP behind the Julia Trotti YouTube channel, he shoots and produces all of the channel’s video content, from on location behind the scenes photoshoots and in depth camera and lens reviews to photography travel vlogs filmed around the world. Dan has a background in commercial video, creating content for leading camera and fashion brands. He also specialises in wedding videography and photography, working alongside Julia at their company Swoon Weddings.
