Subi’s coolest wine bar, Lums, joins forces with Margaret River’s LS Merchants and Coco from Off the Vine for a European-style wine affair. Praised for their serious fun at the experimental edge of winemaking, LS Merchants champions lesser-known wine varieties, many hailing from Europe such as Vermentino, Sangiovese and Nebbiolo. You will be taken on a guided tasting of six European wines, three produced locally by LS Merchants and three from Europe. Your evening is made complete with Italian grazing boards prepared by the Lums kitchen team.
