Come join Bess for a 🌙 LUNA CEREMONY - RELEASE - BREATHWORK JOURNEY ✨ for an evening of Empowerment, Expansion & Transformation.

Drawing on this grounding energy from the Taurus Full Moon, how can we find our sense of security which is founded in the confidence in ourselves. Let the earth sign of Taurus help you feel more grounded and abundant.

We will drop into our hearts with a Shamanic Cacao Ceremony and then begin with the powerful breathwork journey.

Rebirthing Breathwork allows us to release trauma holistically and live our best lives. We can let go of what no longer serves us and open ourselves up to new possibilities by breathing consciously.

On the physical level, deep diaphragmatic breathing allows oxygen to reach our cells and organs, increasing our energy and helping to detoxify and cleanse our bodies.

On the mental-emotional level, it helps reduce stress and promote feelings of calm and peace.

On the spiritual level, full, conscious connected breathing can help us connect with our higher selves and tap into our innate wisdom.

A Sound Journey will guide us into deep relaxation to integrate the medicine of your own breath and allow deep understanding of who we truly are to align our focus, and guide us on our paths. Crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, wind chimes, vocals, will guide you into a space of integration and sweet surrender.
