Join us for a fun day out at Luna Park Sydney, with rides, games, great food, and beautiful harbour views. Take on the Big Dipper, hop on the Ferris Wheel, or enjoy the Dodgem Cars with friends. It’s a great chance to have fun together and enjoy a classic Sydney day out! 

❓ Event Info:

• Date: Tuesday 14th April 2026

• Time: 10am - 4pm

• Meet & Dismissed at: Central Station Grand Concourse

• Wet Weather Plans: This event will go ahead regardless of the weather. If wet weather is foreseen, wet weather appropriate clothing will be needed.

• Maximum number of Spots Available: 12 Participants

  There are maximum numbers for each event and if an event is full, we will create a waiting list.

💸 Costs:

• Prepaid out of Pocket Cost, to be paid to Co-Hive before the event: $49.40 (plus booking fee)

  • If you have a Luna Park Annual Pass please contact mention this in the booking form (Step 2).
    

• On the day costs:

  • Participant to bring or purchase food and drinks.

  • Participant will need to pay for any activities (e.g. Sideshow carnival games) not included in the entry fee.
    

• Costs to be paid after the event (NDIS Costs): approximately $249.64
  
  Please note:
  We aim to base the NDIS ratio on 1:3 however this may change and you will be invoiced accordingly. NDIS costs will be invoiced after the event and costs are based on the number of participants and staff attending each event. The quoted NDIS Costs includes Centre Capital ($2.59/hr) and Non-Face-to-Face support costs.

🎫 How to book:

• Step 1: Register first. by clicking Register Now button in Humanitix.
  

• Step 2: After registering here, you will receive an email to 'Complete your booking and make any required payments'.
  

• Step 3: After completing Step 2, you will receive a booking confirmation email.
  
  Please note:
  For Plan Managed participants, this confirmation email should be shared with your NDIS Plan Manager, so they can allocate the funding.
