Join Eric and Fiona for a YIN AND YANG YOGA IMMERSION at St Albans March 24th- 26th, 2023.
Enjoy a yoga retreat located on the land of The Dharug and Barkinung nations.
We will spend 2 nights and 3 days in a secluded wilderness hideaway set in a lush green valley between the McDonald River and the Yengo Mountains, just 90 minutes from Sydney. The retreat includes:
- Daily Yin and Yang Yoga workshops
