Align your body with the moon cycles and cyclical time.

Restorative yoga practices to embody slowness and rest deeply.

Disrupt deep rooted patterns of over-productivity and false-urgency.

Create more spaciousness and joy from within.

Connect, journal and drink tea together.

This is not a typical series of yoga classes, though the focus is restorative yoga. Lunar Deep Rest invites you inwards to practice restorative yoga with the moon cycle during June, in a small group setting. Combining yoga practice and philosophy, meditative practice, poetry and journaling to help us relate from a rested place, with more compassion ~ with self, others and the world.

“Interbeing is the understanding that nothing exists separately from anything else. We are all interconnected. By taking care of another person, you take care of yourself. By taking care of yourself, you take care of the other person.” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh.

Part yoga class, part workshop, part community gathering, and 100% a reclamation of your wholeness.
