Lunar Eclipse at MOVED!

MOVED Conscious Dance lands on a Lunar Eclipse!

The power of transformation and the healing modality of dance as therapy in conjunct with the moon eclipsing, it kind of feels like it will be a powerfully auspicious evening of dance and revelry. In the northern Hemisphere this super moon is referred to as the flower moon as they they are heading into spring, the full moon in May is a super moon as it is closest to earth and will appear very large in the sky. We will be on the dance floor and in the throws of a wild and wonderful dance as the moon eclipses, we will be settling into bliss as the moon emerges and proceeds across our sky.
The night calls for a little magick and so we invite you to conjure some of your natural powers on the dance floor, the music and guidance will be inspired to carry you through your dance. Simply bring your self and open up to the possibilities conscious dance can bring.

Awaken the inner dancer

Taking everything that is present for us and moving it on the dance floor, including the highs and the lows, the big and the small. Everything is valid, everything has its place within us, lets honour that.

Leaning on the Open Floor methodology of conscious dance we expand and inquire, growing on a personal level and becoming part of a community.

Healing is an authentic dance.

Connection, grounding and release begin with the first step then deepen into truth, awareness and presence.

MOVED is not out about performance or a display, it beckons the child within to come and play and the higher self to reveal it's secrets.

No right or wrong and no set moves, open up to a world of possibilities beyond your imagination, with you, the dance floor and great music.

Dancing Dhevas is a free form practice that invites you to engage in life as only you can, to move with such authenticity that it liberates the bubbles of ecstasy.

Conscious Dance is a process of delving into your own individual, original dance, it is so unique to you and how you move that it can not be reproduced by anyone else. This gives us the freedom from constraints and judgements so we can explode our potential to move until it unleashes the dancer within. The room takes on a different energy as everyone drops into their dance and natural ecstasy is reached.

Come as you are or bring a friend, we share a dance floor of like minded souls who move as one and celebrate life in all its complexities in one moment.

Alcohol free, drug free and smoke free event.

No mobile phones, no photography, no Shazam.

No shoes or talking on the dance floor.
