We will commence with some gentle Breathwork & Inner Connection, followed by a beautiful Blue Lotus Ceremony. You will then lay down to receive a meditation and a deeply relaxing Sound Healing Journey. Float through a magical experience with the sound and vibrations of healing instruments. The instruments used in sound healing, such as Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Medicine Drum, Rainsticks, Shakers and more, facilitate a relaxation response that can alleviate symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, release suppressed emotions, and harmonise & balance the bio-energetic field and chakras ✨
