Align your life with the flow of the moon’s cycles and rhythm of nature. Everything in the natural world, including us, moves in cycles. Each week, we have an opportunity to intentionally work with the energy of the moon phase to connect deeper to ourselves, our needs and the flow of the natural world.

Lunar Flow Yoga will include an explanation of the lunations influence, breathwork, yoga asana and an integrative closing meditation. By honing awareness of how you feel during each phase and taking steps to align your actions accordingly, small steps can be taken to live intentionally with greater compassion, balance and ease.

Parking in the lot and garage is free and plentiful. When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) Mishana studio is inside The Preston. YOUR FACILITATOR: Lindsay Jamison
Lindsay Jamison is a visionary artist, yoga and meditation educator, and magical/healing arts practitioner. She has been studying and practicing spirituality for almost 20 years. In 2017, Lindsay experienced a psychic awakening that led her to seek teachers of shamanism, magic, and other esoteric practices to learn how to be of service with these gifts. She is passionate about sharing creativity, mysticism, and healing practices with others. Lindsay has over 10 years of training in yoga, meditation, and energy practices including Reiki and Pranic Healing. She apprenticed with Salicrow, psychic medium, studying spirit communication and elemental magic in 2021. Lindsay has been continuing her studies with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies since 2019. She has a BFA in Sculpture and is a lifelong artist and educator.
