The Community Flower Studio (CFS) is a youth-focused charity with a vision to “Help Youth Learn Life Skills and Find Meaningful Employment.” We’re proud to share that our free Youth Mentoring Program was named a finalist in the 2024 Mental Health Matters Community Initiative Awards.
Event Highlights:
In 2025, we’re excited to host our Lunar New Year Family Fun Fair to celebrate the Year of the Snake!
STAGE PERFORMACES: Enjoy a diverse lineup showcasing Lunar New Year traditions, including
- Hula Hoop Performances,
- Cantonese Opera,
- Laughter Yoga Bollywood Dance Class,
- Taekwondo Performance,
- Gu-Zheng Solo,
- Singing Performances, and
- Sing-Along with Shirley Liang.
Cultural and Creative workshops/demonstrations:
Get hands-on with six workshops inspired by cultural practices and CFS’s creative offerings:
- Pickling techniques,
- Floral balloon arrangements,
- Floral arrangements,
- Terrarium-making,
- Asian lantern crafting, and
- Lunar New Year calligraphy
