LUNAR NEW YEAR FLOW

New Moon energy signifies the beginning of a new cycle. It’s an auspicious time to set intentions and goals that we can develop as the moon waxes towards fullness, and mindfully move our bodies in rhythm with its cosmic energy. 

Join Joie for this special edition of LUNAR FLOW as we also hold space for the new year of the dragon.🐉

LUNAR FLOW will be an in-person somatic experience: part practice, part meditation, part community share time. This immersive experience will leave you feeling recharged and inspired as we navigate the next half of the winter solstice.

Please wear comfortable clothes or what you’d normally wear for a yoga class. The color RED will be amplify the cosmic energies this evening and will lend to celebrating the year of the dragon.
