‘Lunar Somatics’ Full Moon Practice

A gathering to honor the fullness of each lunation and the wholeness of your unique embodied truths. Coupling somatics wisdom with agnostic witchery, these Full Moon circles are a space to nurture mindful presence, inspire lunar reverence, and generate supportive community.

Participants will be invited into the wisdom of their distinct somatic explorations, honoring the selfhood of their bodies whilst practicing in fellowship. In this space, you are the only expert on your experience. The only non-optional practices here are mindful presence, and kindness to self and others.

Our facilitator is a trained and experienced teacher of neuro-informed, trauma-sensitive embodiment practices including yoga and somatics, with a bend toward gentle movement, breathwork, and attentional meditation. She is also an agnostic witch, whose offerings are grounded in the elements, and informed by lunar cycles and tarot pulls.

Please note:

• So that we may begin on time, please arrive a few minutes early to locate the room and settle in.
• Please bring any combination of mats, blankets, cushions, or pillows that will aid your floor comfort. We will have non-cushioned chairs available too.
• Comfortable, movable clothing is encouraged.
• Paper journals are invited.
• Attendees are welcome (not required) to bring an item to place on the group altar for the duration of our time together.
• We ask that all phones and digital devices be turned off and put away before entering the space.
