Join head brewer Mike for a hearty lunch and captivating blend of beer history and banter. Delve into the past when women brewed, children had beer for breakfast and men wore leather pants. Challenge Mike with your toughest beer questions at this gathering tailored to beer and history lovers.
Your ticket purchase includes a hearty lunch plate featuring some of the brewery’s favorite menu items, including Bitterballen, Wendy’s Dutch potato salad, authentic German knackwurst sausage, garden salad, and a rye roll.
Accompanying this delightful meal is your choice of either a schooner of our beer, glass of wine or cider or soft drink or coffee, as well as an interesting and amusing talk from head brewer Mike.
For younger guests under 14, the brewery offers a children's meal consisting of a German hotdog and fries, with a soft drink or juice and ice cream to round off the experience.
Children under 7 can enjoy chicken nuggets and fries, also served with a soft drink or juice, and ice cream for a sweet finish.
Vegetarian and vegan requests can also be catered for if advised in advance.
Lunch and Beer Banter with the Brewer is deliciously presented as part of the 2024 Scenic Rim Eat Local Month.
