Every business creates intellectual property, but not every business knows how to protect and capatalize on their intellectual property. Whether it be a trade mark, patent or design registration, it is important to seek and protect the intellectual property right which is best suited for you. In this workshop you’ll not only learn about how to recognise your intellectual property, but also how to protect your intellectual property to ensure you get the most out of it.

Linda Katnic , Patent & Trade Mark Attorney at Chamberlain Law Firm, is a registered patent and trade mark attorney delivering tailored advice in all aspects of patent, trade mark and design law. Linda is experienced across a variety of intellectual property sectors including corporate intellectual property management.
