About Anthony Bekker
Anthony Bekker is an experienced tech lawyer who founded Biztech Lawyers after his time as General Counsel and Head of Operations at e-commerce/marketing tech company Rokt, having helped them expand into the US from a small Sydney office, and then globally and employing 150+ people.
Anthony loves helping people solve complex problems. His international experience includes working at Mallesons Stephen Jaques across ecommerce, technology, finance and litigation, to in-house stints at BT and the UK competition and consumer regulator, strategy consulting at Booz & Co and at equities research at Macquarie.
With a unique perspective on the dynamic relationship between agile operations and legal Anthony enables tech-driven companies to use legal to grow exponentially-as a decision making partner rather than a commercial blocker.
About Jason Atkins
Jason works with great people that care about making a difference in the world, by making it easier for startups and SME's to raise capital and grow. And they get it done while making sure to make time for fun. He believes we all have the opportunity to create a brighter future. We just have to do it.
Jason’s has a broad range of business management experience and over the last 20 years he’s been responsible for most key finance / leadership functions in business and now focus more on leadership, sales and partnerships, in B2B/DTC software innovation.
If you were to ask the people Jason worked with what core skills he brings to a leadership team, they would say positivity, enthusiasm and drive. He’s a strong believer in balanced results delivering long-term success - meaning every person inside and outside the organisation is treated well and with respect at all times. In his 'spare time' he is a family man, surfer, futurist and investment analyst.
