Join Kurt Wrigley in this interactive session that explores the components of high performing teams.
About the event:
As founders scale up they will be working very closely with their team and automatically take on the role as a leader. Kurt will explore the role leaders play in performance improvement by empowering their teams to focus on their dynamics and culture. The session will touch on how to build mutual trust and respect and how to engage the team in genuine conversations about performance and behaviour.
About the Speaker:
Kurt has been a facilitator at Leading Teams for 4.5 years, but has been a client of Leading Teams for 15 years prior to that in his previous role as an NRL Assistant Coach at 3 different organisations. His experience working in elite sport for over 20 years has equipped him to fully understand the role culture, leadership and team development play in high performance environments.
He currently works with the Sydney Swans (AFL & AFLW), Queensland Tafe, Essential Energy, Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers, BE Campbell, Tempus Wealth & Warren Saunders Insurance Brokers at all levels from Executive level to Operations.
