Business ratios, what they mean and how to calculate them, including gross margin, breakeven and return on investment.
What benchmarks are and how to use them in your farm business.
Greater clarity around the accuracy of the numbers that influence decision-making and your farm performance through benchmarking.

4 x 1-hour weekly webinars
1 x 1-hour follow-up one-on-one coaching session per participant to go through your individual numbers, problems and questions in confidence.
