Join us for a Lunch and Learn with Wesley Fab, as he discusses how your team can level up to be like those of successful startups and scale-ups.
Developing and replicating world-class teams is critical to venture success. Knowing the motivators of each member of their teams enabled companies like Canva and Atlassian to consistently deliver excellence, win market share, and scale rapidly.
Through benchmarking, the critical motivators that are required for start-up and scale success are now known and they are much richer and diverse than outdated psychometric testing developed for corporates. Every startup has a different culture and must understand how they model excellence in their teams.
