Join us for our upcoming Lunch and Learn workshop series, part of the Community for Everyone project, designed to give you practical skills and insights to help build connections, inclusion and belonging.

In this 4-part series, you’ll dive into mapping strategies that help people build connections, move towards their dreams, and discover their place in the community. Each workshop is designed to help you build your skills as an ally in fostering belonging and inclusion—one person at a time. These workshops are perfect for anyone looking to make our community more inclusive. Here's what we’ll cover:

1. Mapping Gifts (13 Sept) – Discover how to identify and celebrate a person's unique gifts. Explore how to focus on a person's assets and the contributions they can bring to community.

2. Mapping a Good Life (20 Sept) – Learn how to support someone take steps toward their dreams and aspirations. You'll gain skills to help people define and work towards their own vision of a good life.

3. Mapping Community (27 Sept) – Discover how to connect people with communities and opportunities that align with their interests and passions.

4. Mapping Relationships (4 Oct) – Learn how to identify and strengthen the important relationships in someone's life. This session will help you identify how to build social connections and networks.

These workshops are a fantastic opportunity to meet others involved in the project, build your skills, and contribute to creating a more inclusive community. You'll also gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge that will help you make a real impact - one person at a time. Everyone is welcome!

Our Lunch And Learn series will give you a sneak peak into our full training program running across five half-days in October and November. You can apply now for this training. Spots for the October-November training program are limited, and priority will be given to people who want to become Social Connectors or Circle Members on our project.
