Got an amazing business idea but you’re not sure what’s next? Have you wanted to launch a startup but felt overwhelmed by what it would take to get it off the ground? Fear not! The Lean Canvas Workshop is here to help you build your plan of attack and take you from idea to business.

A Lean Canvas is a one-page business plan template that helps you deconstruct your idea into its key parts. Creating a Lean Canvas will help you to validate an idea to ensure you’re developing products and services that people actually want, by identifying the underlying assumptions you might be making in your business model.

Key Takeaways

Be introduced to each of the building blocks required to build a Lean Canvas model;
understand some of the assumptions you might make in building your startup; and
walk away equipped with a practical plan to complete your own Lean Canvas and immediately start validating your startup idea
