Alex has a passion for innovation and enjoys working with technology companies, from startup through to exit. He regularly volunteers his time as a mentor at accelerators and incubators.

Alex’s extensive experience sees him working with a range of private and public companies in the tech sector including SaaS, Blockchain and NFTs, Fintech, Data Science, Biotech, AR/VR, Cleantech, IoT and Advanced Manufacturing.

Alex has the knowledge and expertise to advise on the complex tax matters prevalent to these businesses, including the R&D tax incentive, Export Market Development Grant, employee share schemes, corporate restructures, international expansion and exits.
