- Network and speak to ombudsman and consumer protection organisations.
- Learn how different complaint organisations help your organisation and the community.
- Information and resources to help your clients and community.
Ideal for workers in:
- Government organisations (local, state and federal)
- Community organisations & not-for-profits (emergency relief, legal advice, advocacy, financial counselling)
- Aboriginal organisations (service organisations, native title trusts, Aboriginal health services)
As well as representatives of community groups which provide information or support to community members.
