Josh is a startup lawyer with a broad range of experience advising startups on a range of matters across the life cycle - from structuring and employee incentives to investments. Josh is passionate about all things tech and utilises this knowledge to provide valuable commercial insights to his clients.

Kylie is a founder and partner of Eleanor Venture, a brand-new syndicate investing in early stage tech companies. Prior to Eleanor, Kylie worked as a specialist capital raising/M&A lawyer and spent 15 years advising on transactions across a variety of sectors including technology, resources, agriculture and consumer products. Kylie has started her own technology businesses (with varying degrees of success) and has leveraged this experience to help other emerging companies secure funding and scale. Kylie likes to think of herself as an execution ninja and is one of the straightest talkers in the game.
