The end of the year can bring up a lot, especially when things haven't gone quite to plan.

Building a business while juggling everything else in life tests your confidence, your resilience and your ability to keep going. And December has a way of making all of it feel louder: the wins you didn't hit, the plans that stalled, the to-do list that somehow got longer.

This interactive Lunch & Learn is your chance to pause and take an honest check-in on how you're really doing, as a person and as a founder. Julie will walk through how to navigate the stress, self-doubt, overwhelm and competing priorities that come with entrepreneurship, particularly at this time of year.

You'll leave with practical mindset tools you can use straight away, and a clearer head going into the new year.
