Event description

Have you ever felt like you don't have the skills for a specific task or the time in your day as you juggle ten other hats? You may feel like hiring people is the answer.

Hiring people is going to be one of the most significant and expensive steps you are going to take. Making sure you have the right talent, doing the right jobs to compliment you, is critical.

The ability to trust new people to drive your passion like you would is incredibly hard. Getting this wrong could make or break you.

What are the steps you need to take on your growth journey? It can be effortless to think; I'll just put up an ad on a job board, ask my network, or pay a ridiculous recruitment fee. But even then, that's only part of the process.

In this session, we will explore building a talent strategy, to identifying and attracting the right talent, to the process of hiring and on-boarding.

Key Takeaways

  • Why you need a talent strategy
  • The importance of data and a strong EVP
  • Understanding the hiring process
  • Creating culture and engagement from day one
