A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience in which you lie down or sit comfortably while soothing sounds wash over you. There’s nothing you need to do—just listen, breathe, and let the vibrations help your mind and body relax. No experience is needed—just come as you are and let the soundwaves do the rest.

I am a facilitator at Living Valley Health retreat in Kin Kin, Queensland and I see people from all walks of life come through the doors. People of all ages and belief systems, facing various life challenges or simply just cruising! Everyone appreciates how sound resonates within them.This is sound for everyone!
