Discover creative habits for wellbeing at work

  • Learn about the Window of Tolerance as a tool to check in with yourself and your mental wellbeing
  • Explore creative practices proven to regulate, calm and restore your mindset
  • Be inspired to play, with creative writing, drawing and photography with professional artist instructors

These taster events are designed for leaders, managers and HR professionals try out the Lunch Break program for themselves.  You're welcome to join just for one session, or for all four!

The public 4-week lunchtime workplace program Lunch Break is available to workplaces from May (see here).


A Dose of Drawing: Tue 20 Apr
Learn simple drawing techniques to make your friends jealous, and a drawing game that would make Picasso green with envy. Join illustrator Marcelo Baez for an online fun and easy drawing bonanza.

The Window of Tolerance: Fri 23 Apr
Every human moves up and down a spectrum of mental and physical health. Join mental health educator, Caitlin Marshall, to learn to build awareness and strategies to maintain your mental wellbeing.


A Remedy of Writing: Tue 27 Apr

With no experience required, play some creative writing games and discover the rich, portable join of writing for fun! Join award-winning fiction novelist and writing teacher Helena Fox for this hour of story-telling mischief.



A Picture Prescription: Fri 30 Apr

It doesn’t matter what camera you hold, an iPhone or a Leica. The most important thing is to engage in storytelling. From dry banality to lavish works of fiction. Learn with Josh Heath how to put personality into your pictures.
