Hosted by Secret Women’s Collab (new name coming soon!), in partnership with the City of Kwinana, this event is designed to support women in business across our community with practical, accessible learning and development - alongside the conversation, connection and community our events are known for.

We’re very excited to be welcoming Sheila Anderson, a sales and marketing coach who helps online service providers and personal brands build stronger businesses through simple sales strategies, marketing that connects and a deeper understanding of how people buy.

Her approach is about creating a business that fits your life, attracting the right people and turning more of the right attention into sales - without selling your left kidney in the process.

And, frankly, Sheila is very much our vibe.

She’s straight-talking, practical and not afraid of the occasional swear word, which means we already know this is a room where we can skip the polished business personas and be our total selves.

This practical workshop will unpack what’s actually happening behind a buying decision - including the customer buying journey, the psychology behind it and what needs to happen for someone to move from awareness → interest → consideration → decision.

You’ll explore how to:

📣Create marketing that helps move people through that journey

💬Use your content and messaging to build trust, relevance and buying confidence

✨Position your offer so the right people understand why it’s for them

Whether you’re product or service based, online or brick and mortar, brand new or well established, you’ll have the opportunity to look at your own customer journey and identify where people might currently be getting stuck between finding you and buying from you.

The goal isn’t to leave with another seventeen things you apparently “should” be doing.

It’s to leave with a better understanding of how your customers buy, where you might be losing them and what you can actually do about it.
