A 2025 paper in the Journal of Paediatrics and Child Health called iron deficiency in young Australian children "a hidden health crisis." 15 percent of one-year-olds. Nearly 30 percent of 4 to 6 year olds.

Meanwhile every lunchbox account on Instagram is telling you to add more protein.

I want to change that.

In 45 minutes I'll teach you a simple 5-box formula you can use Monday morning. We'll talk about iron, the one nutrient I want every Mum thinking about. We'll cover the Crunch and Sip upgrade most parents don't know about. The supermarket picks worth your money. The morning shortcuts that genuinely help. And the reframe that helps when half the lunchbox comes home untouched.

No Instagram lunchboxes. No stars made from cucumber. No guilt if the same ham and cheese sanwhich has gone in three days in a row.

Just a calm, practical approach you can use from Monday.

I'm Cushla, qualified nutritionist and mum of three (7 months, 2, 5). I'll run the session live on Zoom with time for your questions at the end.

You'll walk away with:

The Nu Bubba 5-Box Formula (Hero, Iron, Colour, Crunch, Fun) to build balanced lunchboxes in under 10 minutes
Why iron matters more than protein for kids this age, and the easy ways to add it daily
How to upgrade your Crunch and Sip container so it does more than just fruit
Sandwich fillings that work harder, plus non-sandwich heroes for kids who are over bread
How to handle a fussy eater without battles
Specific product recommendations and supermarket swaps worth your money
Morning shortcuts and freezer strategies that actually save time
A reframe for when the lunchbox comes home uneaten, grounded in what's really happening at school

$39 per household
