Event description

Start your working week off right - jump into the Lunchtime Body Blast!

Join us for an all-body general fitness class from the comfort of your own home, delivered virtually through the Zoom platform. It's a class that combines cardio activity with muscular endurance work, aiming to get your heart started and your muscles pumping. All fitness and skill levels are catered for, and the emphasis is always on fun and enjoying other people's company while getting fit and healthy.

This class is an extension of the one regularly run from the Pyrmont Community Centre during non-socially distanced times. Your instructor is George, who has been keeping people fit for more than fifteen years, and is always ready to give you something new and challenging.

Your only essentials are a small, comfortable, safe area of space; a towel; and a drink. The rest is optional - a sturdy chair, a wall, some basic fitness equipment - light dumbbells, a resistance band, a suspension trainer. If you don't have these, don't worry! George will help you with improvisations and work-arounds. You will still get your blast!
