Event description

This class is designed for people who are new to exercise or who want to add some extra movement into their work day. Each class will be run by a qualified personal trainer using the equipment in the Kingston Park exercise area. All fitness levels welcome, especially people who are beginners. Belinda is a qualified fitness instructor and will lead each session.

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for exercise and bring along a water bottle.

Dates include 21 and 28 February.
