What is 'Lunchtime Lull?

A form of 'Kinesiology' session as a group - online - using the power of the group energy to balance and reset each individual present.
Lisa will guide you any of the following ways - in a meditation or mindfulness practice, use acupressure, colour, sound, EFT Tapping, Oracle Card or essential oils...
Based on the theories of Quantum energy and healing - all things are connected, we will connect into this collective, connected energy, to bring about your desired goal - feeling calmer, lighter and more at ease.

Will this actually work over Zoom?
Absolutely it will! Using the concepts of Quantum Energetics, meditation and mindfulness what will happen for one, will effect the all...

What will be included?

As in any Mindfulness session, there will be a time of grounding, quiet and breathe work.
As well as - Modalities may include acupressure, essential oils, flower essences, sound, light, oracle cards, & guided meditation.

This is for you if:

* You are curious about Kinesiology or Mindfulness and want a taster.
* You are familiar with Kinesiology or Mindfulness and are strapped for time and/or cash
