Description

About the workshop

Take time out of your day to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself during Women's Health Week.

This free lunchtime Gentle Slow Yoga class offers a calm and supportive space for women to unwind, regulate their nervous system, and nurture their mental wellbeing through gentle movement and mindful breathing.

Designed to be slow, accessible, and beginner-friendly, this class is ideal for women experiencing stress, tension, fatigue, or those simply looking for a quiet moment to reset.

Inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli, the practice encourages softness, grounding, and freedom in the spine rather than pushing or striving. You'll be invited to move with curiosity, listen to your body, and explore movement that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

No previous yoga experience is needed, and all levels of mobility are welcome.
