To finalise your booking, you will receive a form to complet with your details and driver info.

⚠️ Important Information – Please Read Carefully!

💲 The remaining balance is due on the day of your tour and can be paid by credit or debit card (for non-members only)

⏳ End Time: The event’s end time is approximate and may vary due to delays along the route.

🏎️ Cars Available: Our fleet includes top models from the Private, Premium, and Essential categories. Specific models are not guaranteed.

🚦 Delays: The convoy will depart promptly after the briefing (at 8:00 AM for the morning session and 1:00 PM for the afternoon session). No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

👥 Additional Drivers & Passengers: If you plan to bring an extra driver or a passenger, please notify us at least 2 days before the event.

🏨 The departure and return for the half-day experience will take place from the DoubleTree by Hilton Auckland Karaka Hotel – 8 Hinau Road, Karaka, Auckland 2113.

🍴 Lunch is not included in our half-day experiences
