Join WoTL and likeminded women from across the Limestone Coast for a morning of connection, sharing stories and uncovering that self-care is not self indulgence, it is self-preservation.

Millicent based coach Toni Duka will run a Masterclass on the importance of looking after yourself, developing daily practices that will support you in life and in business, and allow you to expand your capacity for resilience. Take advantage of the opportunity to build your network with other women in business from the region, while filling your cup so you can go on to serve others from the overflow.

Come along solo and make new connections, or come with a friend and build networks together. While the formal part of the day concludes at 12.30pm, we encourage you to continue conversations over lunch, at your own expense.
