ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

Eligible drivers must be at least 30 years old and possess a complete and valid driver licence. Additional insurance requirements apply for drivers aged between 25-29 years - if this applies to you please contact our team for further details. Drivers aged between 25-29 years may be required to submit a record of their driving history.

Comprehensive vehicle insurance is included on the provision that a maximum 'at-fault' insurance-excess of $20,000 applies to each driver. A security deposit or bond is not required. Guests may reduce their excess to $10,000 via an upgrade of $275 (covers both drivers), however it cannot be reduced entirely.

Prancing Horse reserves the right to amend or revise any details, including car models at any time and events are subject to conditions and limited availability.

If rain or adverse weather conditions are forecasted, we aim to provide as much notice as reasonably possible should a decision be made to postpone an event in the interest of safety.

PAYMENT

Please expect to receive a second invoice for the remaining balance via email. We kindly ask that your remaining balance is finalised at least four (4) weeks before the event.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

In preparation for your event, please advise if you or any guests have any allergies or specific dietary requirements. We will ensure to communicate these in advance with Levantine Hill Estate.

WHAT TO BRING

Please also ensure that you bring your Driver Licence with you and have a BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration) of ZERO. A compulsory breath-test will be conducted prior to departure on the morning of your event. Any reading other than zero will result in immediate forfeiture of your reservation.

The dress code is smart-casual and we ask all guests to avoid wearing ANY jeans or denim; the fabric tends to damage leather upholstery and our cars are immaculate! ;)

CANCELLATION POLICY - PRANCING HORSE

Prancing Horse have and always will provide you with the greatest flexibility to re-schedule or transfer your reservation at any time, without need for a reason and without any cancellation fees/charges. This has been our policy for the past 19 years. Similarly, in the event of a postponement or cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or otherwise, we will provide you with the complete freedom to transfer to any future event with us. This is the reason why we do not request full payments in advance; only a non-refundable deposit that is transferrable at any time. ;)
