at home lymphatic self care techniques to boost lymph flow
the lymph fascia connection
upper body and lower body ‘fascia flossing’ yoga poses / techniques
pranayama for the lymphatic system
plus a relaxing 60min lymph flow Yin yoga practise to finish

We will be moving and practising techniques, as well as completing a gentle yoga session to finish, please wear comfy clothes that you can move in and can access arms and lower legs in.

Your host Nicola has been a Remedial Massage Therapist for nearly 20 years and teaching Yoga for the last 5 years. Nicola has a keen interest in all things Lymph, and is a Manual Lymphatic Drainage practitioner.
