Followed by gentle fluid movement & a calming breath flow practice to release any built up tension from your day.. I love to infuse aromatherapy & self massage into my offerings to deepen the experience.. know this is optional..!

We will then meet together in a guided somatic meditation journey.. accompanied by delicious healing tones & frequencies.. weaved together by moi with love..
