Ma Petite Patisserie- Baking Summer Holiday Program- Day 3 Chocolate world- 10th January 2024
For Children aged 6 to 10 years old.
Day 3: Welcome to the enchanting world of chocolate
Discover the enchanting world of chocolate. Young chefs will create rich, creamy truffles, chocolate mousses, and other delectable chocolate treats such as chocolate lava cake and hot chocolate bombs.
Morning Schedule:
- 8:30 am - 9 am: Arrival and Welcome
- 9am - 9:45 am: Young Chefs learn and taste different types of chocolate and learn about the process of making chocolate then make a chocolate mousse with a funny secret ingredient...
-9:45am: Morning Tea Break - Children will enjoy a light snack (fruit) to refuel for the morning's patisserie activities.
- 9:45 am - 11:30 am: Chocolate truffles - Our young chefs will dive into creating delicious chocolate truffles, starting with the shells. Lots of painting and decorating ahead.
Lunch (not included)
- 11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Lunch Break - We'll head to a designated area for a leisurely lunch and outdoor play at a near- playground. Some quiet crafty activities have been planned to do indoors in case of rain.
Afternoon Schedule:
- 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Learn how to make hazelnut praline to fill the chocolate truffles - The young patissiers will complete their delectable treats.
- 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm: Dessert Presentation - Young chefs will learn how to beautifully present their creations.
- 3:00 pm - 3:15 pm: Afternoon Tea Break - Children will enjoy another light snack, savouring the desserts they've created.
- 3:15 pm - 3:30 pm: Recap and End of Day - We'll reflect on the day's achievements, ensuring everyone is proud of their chocolate creations.
